These terms apply to every purchase from the Velora online store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. About us
Velora sells disposable toilet brush systems and refill heads. You can contact us through the contact page on this site.
2. Prices and payment
Our prices are set in British pounds (GBP) and include any applicable UK VAT. You can choose your country in the header to see prices in your local currency, such as US dollars, South African rand or euros. Converted prices use an exchange rate that is updated regularly, and the amount and currency you will be charged are shown at checkout before you pay. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping to the United Kingdom, the United States and South Africa is free and already included. For other countries the shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees. Import duties or taxes charged by your own country, if any, are your responsibility and are not set by us. Payment is taken when you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Discounts
Multi buy discounts (for example 10% off when you buy 2 items, 15% off when you buy 3 or more) are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. Only one automatic discount applies to an order at a time and the best one for you is used. Discount codes cannot be combined with automatic discounts unless stated.
4. Your order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we received it. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown on the Shipping Policy page and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
6. Returns and refunds
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Full details, including how to start a return, are on the Returns and Refunds page. Your legal rights are not affected.
7. Using the product safely
Disposable heads are for toilet and bathroom cleaning only. Do not flush used heads, put them in your household bin. Keep heads away from children and pets. Do not use on surfaces that are sensitive to mild detergents without testing first.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
9. Content and intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and the Velora name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy it without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you also keep any mandatory consumer rights of your own country.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
