Shipping to the United Kingdom, the United States and South Africa is free on every order. The price on the product page is the price you pay at checkout. There are no handling fees or add ons.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery estimates are from the shipping date and are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.
Where it ships from
To keep prices low and shipping free, Velora products are sent directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which may be outside your country. This is why delivery can take longer than a local store. Everything is tracked.
Customs and import charges
Our products are low value household items and in the vast majority of cases no import charges are due. If your country does charge an import fee, it is set by your government and not by us, and would be your responsibility.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels. You will get a tracking number for each.
