Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies Velora uses, why, and how you can control them. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non essential ones, or pick for yourself. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
These make the site work. They remember what is in your basket, keep you logged in, keep checkout secure, remember your country and currency choice and remember your cookie choice. You cannot switch these off because the store would not function without them. Examples: cart, localization, secure_customer_sig, _shopify_y, ff_consent.
Analytics cookies (off until you accept)
These help us see how people use the site, for example which pages are popular and where visitors leave, so we can improve it. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Examples: Shopify analytics cookies such as _shopify_s, _shopify_sa_p.
Marketing cookies (off until you accept)
These may be set by advertising platforms we use (for example Meta or TikTok) to measure whether our ads work and to show you relevant ads elsewhere. We only turn these on if you accept marketing cookies.
How to control cookies
- Use the cookie banner when you first visit, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to change your mind later.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop checkout from working.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a rejection of analytics and marketing cookies.
For more on how we handle personal data see our Privacy Policy. Questions? Use the contact page.
